Mullein leaf extract at 10:1 is the first plant printed in the BreathiZen blend.
What it is
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) is a tall, hardy plant with fuzzy, grey-green leaves and a spike of small yellow flowers. The leaf is the part used in BreathiZen.
The 10:1 figure
Extracts are made by concentrating a plant. A 10:1 ratio means roughly ten parts of dried leaf go into one part of extract, so the extract is far more concentrated than the raw leaf.

Where it sits in the formula
The Supplement Facts panel lists it first inside a 154 mg proprietary blend, and the brand ties the blend to healthy airways and breathing comfort.* Because the blend shares one total, no single milligram number is given for mullein.
How you take it
There is nothing to cook or weigh. Shake the bottle, spray four pumps and carry on. Curious about the other two? Read about ginger root and organic lemon, or open the label reading guide.
